In the event of a crisis your child's school can provide you and your community with up-to-the-minute emergency notification
through an online service called DocuChannel. This service can also be used to provide information about sporting events, classrooom activities
and more. Schools can even get started right now at NO COST!
How it works
Schools register for our Safe Schools Program through this web site - it's free. After they register, you can create your own free
account and DocuChannel keeps you directly connected to the school(s) of your choice. On regular school days, documents like health forms and field trip
authorizations can be delivered right to your computer. In the event of a crisis, your child's school can deliver emergency information
which may include pictures, text, multimedia, specific directions and more - all within a single minute! The information you want is always delivered
through a secure connection and never gets stuck by spam filters or blacklists. And since the information comes directly to you, you never have to check a website, open your e-mail or manually
download anything again. This means you'll always get the most accurate information without doing a thing! If your child's school is not currently involved in our Safe Schools Program
you can request that they become involved. To do so please e-mail us at sales@sensoryventures.com and include your contact information along with the name of
your child's school.
Need to get a DocuChannel account?

systems only. DocuChannel Connect stays running in your system tray and automatically delivers critical information to your computer as it becomes available. If
you don't have a DouChannel acccount, DocuChannel Connect allows you to create one.

NOTE: Once your DocuChannel account is created you can run both DocuChannel Connect and the web based receiver. However, make sure you only run one at a time
to insure information gets properly delivered to you. FREE DocuChannel accounts allow your computer to check for new information once per day. In a crisis situation
this delay may be too long to receive emergency information. In this case you may consider upgrading to a premium DocuChannel account. Premium accounts start at $20 per year
and are discounted up to four years. Premium accounts give you a constant connection to your child's school which means emergency information gets delivered to you
within the minute the school releases it. Click here to
